HausGriff

The challenge

HausGriff is a small handwerker (handyman) business in Stuttgart offering furniture assembly, moving help, decluttering and apartment handover services. Before this project they had no digital presence at all — every lead came through word of mouth or a phone call, and every quote had to be worked out manually.

FoxyCode built the entire site from the ground up: a bilingual, SEO-structured marketing site explaining every service with fixed-price ranges, a Stuttgart-focused local SEO setup (schema.org LocalBusiness, area-served targeting across 15+ towns around Stuttgart), and — the centerpiece — a live, multi-step cost calculator that lets a visitor pick a service, enter their address and job details, and get an instant price estimate without waiting for a callback.

On the lead-handling side, every calculator submission and contact-form request is routed simultaneously to WhatsApp, email and a dedicated inbox, and is automatically logged into an Excel spreadsheet — so the owner has a running record of every inquiry without typing a single row by hand. On top of that, FoxyCode built a self-service admin panel so HausGriff's owner can update prices, service descriptions and page text directly, without ever needing to ask a developer for a content change.

The result

HausGriff went from zero online presence to a fully working digital front door: visitors can get an instant price estimate, reach the business on whichever channel they prefer, and every single lead is captured automatically — nothing falls through the cracks between a WhatsApp message and a written-down job.

The admin panel means the site stays current without any ongoing dependency on FoxyCode for routine text and price updates, while FoxyCode remains available for anything beyond that scope.
