The challenge
AnyMatch set out to change how people find their next role — anonymously, without the usual noise of public job boards or recruiter cold outreach. The platform needed to feel social and human, while the matching underneath had to be driven by real AI and machine-learning signals rather than keyword search.
FoxyCode was brought on to handle both the web application and the companion mobile app end to end — from UX research and interface design through to front-end and back-end development, with the two codebases kept in sync as the product evolved.
The result
The finished platform lets candidates build a profile once and be intelligently surfaced to relevant opportunities without exposing their identity until they choose to engage — flipping the usual recruiting dynamic. Employers get a matching layer powered by AI instead of manual filtering.
